Goals, Tasks, & Time Management Workshop
This workshop covers the topics of Goals, Tasks, and Time Management both from a personal and business management point of view.
The workshop covers the following topics:
- The importance of having a high-level vision or mission
- Understanding the key concepts behind motivation
- Getting to know what different factors motivate different people
- Choosing appropriate and attainable goals
- Planning techniques including visualisation and time-lining
- The role of measurement in goal management
- Understanding key concepts underpinning time management
- The importance of rewards and feedback in goal attainment.
The workshop content is based on key concepts drawn from organisational and behavioural psychology, neuro-linguistic programming, and business management theories.
During the day, participants will partake in a variety of group and individual exercises aimed at helping them set and attain realistic goals.
